The Sitting Room a colourful conservatory leads to the front door, which opens into the sitting room. This is a very large room containing a Baby Grand Piano and library area as well as a TV, with freeview channels and a Bose sound system, (which will also play in the dining room). Large fireplace with woodburning stove.

The Dining Room has a large refectory table and chairs, welsh dresser and an open fire, with French windows to the garden. This is ideal for catering for large gatherings and families.

The Wooden fitted Kitchen is centred on an Aga and is very well equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast table. There is also a Pantry and Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and Upstairs Accommodation there are six bedrooms, all with TV's. Four of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
A super king, with en-suite shower, WC and basin. Door to balcony.
Another super king, with annexe as a family room, (can also be used as a twin bedroom), with a double futon sofa, en-suite bathroom with roll top bath, shower, WC and basin. Door to balcony.
A kingsize double, with Z bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, (shower over), WC and basin.
One double with en-suite bathroom with bath, (shower over), WC and basin.
One twin bedroom with wash hand basin. Door to balcony.
One small double bedroom.
The twin and small double share a family bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath, WC and basin.

Higher Tideford is ideal for large extended family gatherings. With it's relaxed atmoshpere, and having all the comforts from home, including board games and freeview tv. For the musical there is a baby grand piano, and there is also a well stocked library. The garden provides a peaceful haven and the surrounding area is host to an abundant array of wildlife, and natural flora and fauna.
