The acre of garden is delightful, with enclosed outdoor swimming pool, (from May to September), pond, lawns, tennis court, (although a little worn), trampoline, garden furniture and barbeque. The owner can also offer stabling.

Higher Tideford, Cornworthy, is ideal for large extended family gatherings, having all the comforts of home, including board games and freeview tv. The comfortable kitchen is centred on an Aga with the usual conveniences such as dishwasher and laundry facilities. For the musical, there is a baby grand piano. There is also a well stocked library.

The farmhouse is ideally situated in a very private and tranquil part of the South Hams, with easy access to the historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth. Also trips on the river Dart, and award winning beaches are nearby.
